Great poomsae update
We bought this video to learn and practice the new World Taekwondo Federation poomsae changes. We have been students of the Rosbarskys before, so we knew they would be up to date and precise when it came to competition poomsae. The video was easy to understand, and offered several different ways to learn the poomsae. I really like that it includes a "back view" format so you aren't having to mirror image the moves. Even our 9 year old uses this to practice now!
