A Entertaining Fan-Service Anime Worth A Peek
If you like anime series like Love Hina, Ah My Goddess, or Tenchi Muyo than this series is another one worth your anime collection library. The series follows the interaction of six young high school spiritual priestesses whom about four are very well endowed and a young high school monk who wields incredible spiritual powers but can only be unleashed when he feels strong emotions(Mostly arousal) hence most of the times when he and the young women are on a job to exorcise a spirit or entity the young women have to show some skin. The fan-service as expected is a lot but nothing to hardcore meaning no true nudity except at most some topless scenes but not to many of those as you might think, also with each episode there's always going to be some show of one of the female characters bodies as expected again. The series is very entertaining and fun to watch as you see the characters try in juggle their commitment to the temple and their callings as well as their desire to have fun...

I bought this anime because of the review, and I have to say that this anime was enjoyable to watch. I have the Tenchi series as well as Love Hina and both are amazing! If you are looking for an anime that revolves around that genre, Ah My Buddha is worth the purchase. Watch it if you dare... ;)
A good harem anime in the tradition of Tenchi or Love Hina
Ikkou is an average teenager. He is sent to a Buddhist temple to train under his Grandmother to become a priest. It's a lot more difficult than one might think. Ridding himself of his earthly desires will be nearly impossible with 6 pretty girls also training there with him. It's definitely not all bad though. Ikkou is able to awaken his tremendous spiritual powers when he sees a little bit of priestess you know what. When a rival sect sends a cute priestess to awaken his power through earthly desires, it's gonna cause a major problem.
This is a classic harem anime in the tradition of Tenchi and Love Hina. It's really fun. It's rated 13 and up. There are a lot of risque girl shots, but the graphic stuff is mild. It's only got moderate objectionable content I would say. Not like that stuff bothers me anyway. Ikkou is a little less appealing of a character than Tenchi or some of the other harem anime heroes, but he's a bit more realistic. He doesn't act indifferent or...
